Not unprofessional.
However, RICS Homebuyer survey was very superficial. Nothing I couldn’t discover for myself via a visual inspection. Didn’t even find a gas meter. Not useful. Waste of money. Basically recommended a bunch of further inspection to ‘cover his butt’ just in case.
Disappointed. Cost £550+VAT for not much info.
