this place has served as an after work drink meeting place, after work we all lug in on a friday night getting em 2 for 1’s in b4 the deadline! and yep guaranteed where all wasted and singing like crazy wenches! only thing is the music gets a bit samey and over loud they just need to change it up and turn the volume down other than that its all good!

This is a lovely bar which specialises in cocktails. I went yesterday with a friend and it didn’t take us long to get a bit tidily due to their 2 for 1 Sunday offer. The ambiance is welcoming and the staff are very friendly. Perfect for small crowds or a single, you feel at home either way. The indie music was surprisingly satisfying and you find yourself singing along as if you were in a Karaōke. I will definitely be regular here.

This place is horrendous. If you are 16⁄17 years old you will love it, and probably be able to get in. The music is really loud, the décor is horrendous and the clientele wereyounge teenagers. They do cocktail deals, 241 and such like. It really doesn’t fit in with East Dulwich at all.

This was a good night. I had about 7 or 8 cocktails at this place and was feeling particularly merry by 8pm. But it’s 2 for 1 cocktails from 6 to 8 so that’s clearly the only time to be in the place. They have loads of different cocktails, lots of ones I hadn’t ever heard of and weird combinations. The mint berry cocktail had a hint of chilli and flaming zombie had a pomegranate shell full of sugar and neat rum seat alight. MMmmm. They do play extremely loud 80s/90s/00s indie which is different but also oddly pleasing. One of my friends was compelled to tip one of the cocktail barmaids because she was such a good flirt — she flirted with everyone regardless of gender which is refreshingly democratic. The only down point was an anal bartender who kept taking our drinks away because of his OCD. But, all in all, if you ever get lost and end up in darkest Sarf london between 6 — 8pm get wrecked in Adventure.

Adventure bar East Dulwich is the third edition to the Adventure bar group. It is open seven days a week from 5pm to 12pm. It has a sophisticated look and an uncluttered, warm feel that is quite welcoming. You have a selection of different offers to entice you to sample the selection of over sixty cocktails. There is a buy one get one free Happy Hour from 5−8pm every evening. The fun doesn’t end there though. After 8pm on Champagne Tuesdays you get 2for1on champagne cocktails. Wednesdays are 2for1 Mojito’s, and there are at least five different varieties to try. I recommend the Tatanka and the Twisted Mojito.(Don’t worry if you don’t know what they are, I have put the recipes below. Aren’t I good to you?) Thursdays are 3for2. Apply for a SIN card if you are in the catering industry at any Adventure bar. A SIN card is a Sunday Industry Night special offer for all people in the trade. It gets you half price on almost any drink. The cocktail list ranges from being a little Disco 80’s to well-made classics with a contemporary twist. You can tell the bartenders are well trained, so any drink you order should be made with care. The guys who run the bar(old school TGI bartenders) give you every reason to drink and drink plenty. Offer to buy them a shot(whilst doing one yourself of course) and you’ll be accepted into the Adventure family with open arms. The slogan of the bar is «Serious about drinking.» The Adventure bar team certainly is. Tatanka Mojito Large shot Zubrowka vodka Large shot Apple Juice 5 Mint sprigs 3 Lime wedges Dash Lemon juice Half shot sugar syrup For the Twisted Mojito change the Zubrowka for Vanilla vodka, the apple juice for ginger ale and use one spoon of vanilla sugar in place of the gomme.
