Karl and Vicki at AGT (Apple Green Tech) are incredibly nice people and they know what they are doing. Having volunteered with them at a community event where they offered basic IT troubleshooting for free to anyone, I was impressed not only with their knowledge but also their desire to make IT support something available to everyone. Plenty of people swung by with their computers, iPhones, etc. and dropped them off to have them fixed up for free (if no parts were needed) or at a discount if parts needed to be replaced.
Highly recommend this company for anyone interested in getting their IT needs met by capable, friendly people who are interested in more than just making a profit.
