This is a small spa centre offering a full range of pampering and beauty services such as Hot Stone Massage, Specialist Back Pain Treatment, and Non-​Invasive Cosmetic Treatments.
I go there for the large private floatation suite. It’s a fantastic way to round-​off a busy and stressful week, just floating in a warm pool of salt water. They pipe in some relaxing tunes or you can bring in your own cd’s if you want. There are various light settings under your control — I usually prefer to float in pitch darkness. The cost for a 50 minute float is 45 pounds and that includes a stay in their chill out room, once you emerge from the tank. There you’re surrounded by soft glowing orbs and offered a choice of refreshments, which is in with the price.
