I liked it here last Thursday, the high tables are good for conversations, the champagne was nice, the staff were friendly. I’d been once before on a Saturday night when it wasn’t as good, it was far too busy and people kept barging into me, but being busy is a sign that its a good place

I’ve heard about this Champagne bar on internet and really enjoyed this place. The décor, very neutral, is not that important. What matters here are the bubbles. 40 sorts of champagnes are available in the menu. Many different cocktails should be tasted as they look very appealing. We had a couple of glass of Piper Heidsieck. 7 pounds each is a real bargain. Decent French champagne starts at 5 pounds a glass. Ok, it’s a hen place, they tend to party here in great numbers but it doesn’t matter if champagne is your kind of dope. As it is a place for hen parties, you can be sure it will be noisy. But never mind, it’s a real pleasure to drink champagne for such a small price.

Amused? Slightly. Was my bouche amused? again, slightly. Went on a Monday eve and the place was half empty although you would think by the lack of attention of the wait staff that the place was packed. I had a Groupon voucher for 4 cocktails and 2 «main meals». There are only four mains available – bagel sandwiches, mini burgers(chicken, beef and tuna), fish and chips and wontons. Not a huge variety. When I asked to substitute a cheaper appetizer for a main with the voucher, they pushed back which was a bit ridiculous. Ended up with some greasy spring rolls and the mini burgers were just ok. I thought everything about the place was a bit dull – dull décor, dull atmosphere, dull service, dull food, but not bad – just dull.

I wasn’t sure what to expect of this place but as we were invited by a client I couldn’t resist checking it out. The staff seemed very friendly and nothing seemed to be any trouble. Service was quick and the food selection was of a very high standard. I wouldn’t visit if you were really hungry but for nibbles it’s ideal. The menu is varied and all comes freshly prepared and full of taste. The champagne/drinks menu is also very varied. If you tire of Laurent-Perrier(as if!), why not try one of their champagne cocktails. I highly recommend the Champagne Mojitos! A nice venue which more of a posh pub feel to it than a club or restaurant but a great place to entertain and to be entertained.

Sophisticated, modern, friendly, and just a little bit glam, Amuse Bouche is an excellent venue for a glass of bubbly with friends, colleagues, or that special someone. Located in the heart of Soho, this bar is swarming with chic and attractive«media people», but quite delightfully, the menu features bottles in all price-ranges. A £20 after-work bottle of bubbly split between me and 4 of my also-broke friends is a sneaky little way to feel indulgent without actually being too naughty. Though I could certainly burn through some cash here, I’ve never had a glass of wine or champagne here that I didn’t love, even on the cheap. It gets a bit busy in the evenings and though it never feels crowded to the point of smushed, conversations may require shouting to be heard. The service is great, the room is attractive and chic, and the staff totally know their stuff. If you’re a fan of bubbles in your nose and hobnobbing in an excellent location, this is your place.

This place is kind of like the Bubble Lounge in SF and NY, but it doesn’t suck. Instead, it’s got a chill but sophisticated atmosphere, friendly service, and comfy couches to sit and enjoy some champagna. As students, we don’t come here too often, but when we do there is a bottle of Champagne for right about 20 pounds so it’s perfect to share with a group of four. They’ve got lots of bottles on the menu, including Cristal and Dom, so if you win the lottery there’s a bottle for you as well. They also have a even loungier, dimly-lit downstairs area for private parties with their own bar and some couch pillow nooks which bring a little Vegas style décor to the place too. P. S. I wouldn’t mind celebrating a big upcoming birthday here. P. S.S. I hope my boyfriend is reading this review.

Few things make me happier than champagne and brownies(okay, I can think of some other options, but my mother might read this). I’m pleased to report that Amuse Bouche has some of the best of both. A group of 10 arrived on a rainy night to find our reservation waiting for us(a champagne bottle with our name written on it guarded our cozy corner) and we quickly ordered a bottle of rose bubbly and several rounds of sliders and chips(fries). We ate and drank the night away on comfy leather couches, watching sheets of rain fall outside — and ordering more champagne to tide us over«just one more until the rain stops». I was a little worried about the tab we were wracking up, but the total damage was less than 120 for all of us! Not bad for a girls’ night out.

Not really what you’d expect from a champagne bar. I went with the impression that it would be pretentious and up itself but my friend works around the corner and he assured me it was the place to go and I have to say he was right. The atmosphere was bubbly(excuse the pun) without being too loud as to prevent our group from enjoying our conversations. Perfect place for an after work drink or two. Highly recommended.

If you want to Amuse your Bouche(I know, it’s wrong, couldn’t help it) you may want to take a quick trip down to Poland Street’s contemporary yet relaxed Champagne bar. I know your wallet may have just skipped a beat when I said ‘Champagne’, but when I tell you that most of the Champagnes on the menu are under £50 and the glasses start at £5 a glass, you’re little leather chum won’t be quite as anxious. We started off with a bottle of Louis Roederer Brut Premier between four(about a tenner each) and then moved on to the champagne cocktails, which start at £5, table service was impeccable and the staff very helpful. If you’re looking for a affordable indulgence that goes straight to your head, Amuse Bouche can provide it.

I am a bit picky about my champagne and so when I was served a bottle of almost warm champagne, I was a bit surprised to say the least. We had to leave it in the ice to shill properly. The bar was full of after-work parties and it was hard to think let alone hear my friend. While it serves this edge-of-soho crowd well, the picky among us were not amused.
