The apartment we rented the shower did not work. When we informed the office during checkout we were advised we should have called to have it fixed. Traveling without an international phone and no phone provided in the apartment pretty much made that impossible. My wife did return to the office several times that morning to find it unopened and someone sitting in the office not willing to answer the door. Also they seemed baffled that we did not check this when we checked in but only found it in the morning when getting ready to leave. They would not work to a equitable agreement there in the office during check out and demanded that we email them the problem. Even speaking to the manager on the phone he would not deal with anything without an email. The response we got back was that the shower worked just fine and there would be no compensation of any kind. Myself, my wife, and the 4 other people in the apartment are clearly not smart enough to operate the shower since none of us showered that day. 1 day stay not worth it.
