Needed help with a defamation lawsuit. Called the office and asked for their e-mail address so I could send in further documentation. Hung up and did just that.
Five minutes later I called again. The woman on the phone asked me who I talked to last time I called. She said she couldn’t «trace» who I talked to without a name. (It was the same woman by the way.) She asked for my name and phone number and told me she would call back.
That was ten days ago. Further e-mail inquiries are being ignored. I can’t believe these people call themselves «professionals» because this behavior is anything but. I guess they have enough money already.
