Whenever I have visited Arthur Beale, they always seem to have what I’m usually looking for. I must admit, the retail staff of Arthur Beale are always knowledgeable.
The retail prices in this shop seem very odd looking but apparently, these guys do not charge you an arm and a leg.
The retail staff of Arthur Beale always seem to know their stuff whenever it comes to yachtsman related clothing and other yachting related equipment.
Arthur Beale also stock a large range of Saint James French style clothing, and their website is —
Also at this historical yachting store, they also have a large stock of Leatherman craftsman tool knives and Victorinox Swiss army knives.
And as of late, Arthur Beale, finally have a decent looking website with detailed information about the shop.

Just when I thought I could not find a 94 year old retired naval officer a gift from London, out pops Arthur Beales.
Way over 100 years old I stumbled upon this boat store in the middle of London.
I purchased a 100 year anniversary Titantic whistle only to be told by the shop owner that today (April 14th) was the 100 year anniversary of the Titantic!
Friendly owner and everything you need from brass to port holes.
You will find it on the port side of Shaftesbury Ave if you are headed due south about 8 knotts.
