Went here last week for root tint and cut, they did it exactly how I wanted it, loved the haircut. very happy

About two weeks ago I walked into this hair salon Atelier on Finchley Rd. Saw the price card on the table right up front – said 25£, for a root tint – so didn’t ask if that was the case!
Had the tint done – the hairdresser said something about a blow-​dry – I assumed that as in most salons, a simple blow dry would be included with colour. At the end the owner, I assume it is him – said the total was £ 60 !!!
How’s that, feeling shocked but also blaming myself for not having asked in advance. 35 for color and 25 for blow dry. I pointed out that it said 25 on his price card – Oh that card is three years old, he says!
I didn’t verify price for everything true, but –given that the price card is very prominent on the table right in the front, why would I bother! And 25 for blow drying shoulder length hair!
I came home, told my husband and the same thing had happened to him in that salon – it says 10 for men’s cut and was charged 15! so obviously this devious man does this with everyone except those who have been regulars and Know the prices.
My point in writing this is to alert others about this salon. The owner, Mark is a crook and deceitful and if there was a negative rating i would do that.
