I was referred to Barclay House by a friend and stayed three days. The location is so convenient. There is a Whole Foods practically next door, buses and the underground are central. I cannot say enough great things about the proprietor/​owner. They were just delightful! Always giving advice which bus to take, how to get here and there, the homemade treats every morning were delicious. The amenities were superior, modern, sleek, clean and with every comfort that I am used to having in California. I am looking forward to my next visit in the Spring and definitely will make a reservation here! I just cannot say enough good things about the Barclay House!
