This specific Barclays branch is quite busy on most days and especially on Saturdays. There are always a queue for whatever you want to do inside.
I had to go there twice to sort out a few banking issues. I wanted to pay off a loan early and they made me wait for half an hour before somebody got to see me which was a bit annoying but I got it done in the end.
The space on the ground floor is quite limited and I feel sorry for people going inside with kids or buggy’s. There is a booth where they sort out other issues on the other side of the floor and you always have to wrestle past the queue to get to them.
I personally despise going into that particular branch especially on a Saturday. The customer service is not bad at all and they are always friendly and helpful, just wish that they would speed up a bit.
