If you have read any of my other reviews, you might have seen that I have had constant problems with my back. In a nutshell, falls as a child, bad posture, bad sleeping positions, pregnancy and lack of activity have contributed to this.
I am slowly changing that lifestyle, for a healthier, active and conscious one. I have already changed my mattress, increased my levels of activity and now the back store has been the place were I have found the perfect Unilocaling/​working chair.
They are part of Barry Bennett Ltd. which specialize in the comfort and ergonomics of the working environment. This showroom is small and a bit messy, but they are the chair masters. You can try them out and see which one suits you best, they are not cheap but having a heathy spine has no price.
I bought a chair from the Adapt 500 series, with back, arm and neck support in a cool orange colour and it is now a pleasure to sit endless hours in front of the computer.
