Ordered a Margherita on a Saturday. Delivery was on time, all things considered. But the pizza was one of the blandest I’ve had. Only three tiny soggy basil leaves sprinkled in the center of the pie and two of the smallest pieces of tomato just next to them. So, basically, a cheese pizza with hints of Margherita. The pie was rubbery and the cheese was flavourless. There are many other cheaper, better options around. For, I’ll stick to my local pizza place around the corner.

Never, ever order a salad from here. The value for money is appalling and only second to their service. The standard has been slipping for months now to the point where we will no longer order from them again after tonight’s debacle where two basic, small salads arrived, at a cost of £8.05-£8.55 each, with up to a third of the contents missing and some ingredients substituted without checking for ones they advertised but don’t actually do. On calling to complain they didn’t so much as apologise. This has happened so any times now we definitely won’t be ordering again. Such a shame they have felt the need to drop standards, quality and quantity and to increase prices(nb. they used to do three or four basic ingredients free which no longer happens, hence now having to pay more than 10p per croûton!). Appalling. Use Firezza instead.

Ordered online, came with meat, don’t eat meat, called them to address the issue and Sophia in Hampstead accused us of making the mistake and saying we didn’t tell them to not put meat, so it’s our fault, even though we did not select meat, won’t be ordering from them again, but will be reviewing them on every site I can find

Is this the absolute best pizza I’ve ever had? No, definitely not. But is it the best delivery pizza I can find in London? So far, yes. The pizza is thin-crusted, tastes fresh, and is always delivered when they say it will be. The online ordering system couldn’t be easier — though I wish that, when you order the half and half, you were able to remove things from pizza the way you can when you order a full pizza. I’m not a fan of sliced tomatoes on my margherita pizza, but as I said, you can remove it when you order a full pie. The pizza ruspante and roma are my two favourites, but we tend to order the margherita because it’s simple and something everyone agrees on. The only truly negative thing(aside from wishing the pizzas were a bit cheaper) I can say is that the one time I got pineapple on my pizza, it tasted a bit like they made my pizza separately and then tossed a few pieces of pineapple on before handing it off to the delivery man. Barring that incident, this place is a favourite of mine. I wish I could give this place 3 ½ stars, but am giving it 4 because I do think it deserves more than a 3. It’s the best delivery I’ve found — but in a city filled with Pizza Hut and Dominos, that’s not saying much.
