Beauforts Nail Spa

This was absolutely the WORST hair experience I’ve ever had. I generally try to give people the benefit of the doubt, and have definitely had my fair share of average haircuts from numerous salons around London.
This man completely ruined my hair so that even now, months later, I still cannot get rid of the horrible colour/​cut he gave me. I paid just about £200 for a partial highlight and cut by an «experienced» stylist… I should’ve walked out after the first five minutes when he didn’t even ask or listen to what I wanted.
He took multiple walk-​in clients while doing my hair, so that the entire experience took over FIVE hours. I was so sick of being there, I almost volunteered to wash my hair myself just to get out.
The highlights were splotchy, uneven and since he ran out of colour halfway through and had to re-​mix, the highlights were noticeably different colours from one side of my head to the other.
The cut was uneven, and he was so careless and just chopped away. At one point, I said that I didn’t want it any shorter, but he just kept cutting and cutting and cutting.
I left the salon in tears and had to wear my hair in a ponytail almost every day for weeks until I could find someone to repair the damage this man did.
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Do you like your stylist to show up for an appointment? If your answer is «yes» then RUN do not walk from this AWFUL SALON!!! I made an appointment (with an extremely RUDE receptionist) three weeks before the date for the day of a very important event. I showed up and THEY WERE CLOSED! I had even left a message to confirm. No call, no nothing!!! They put me in an awful bind and I was stuck with bad roots and overgrown hair for my party. I guess this could have been a blessing, because when searching sites after the fact I’ve only seen terrible reviews.
STAY AWAY!!!

Beauforts isn’t actually a Nail Spa yet, but renovations are underway. But right now you can get your hair done. It’s not super fancy, but neither are the prices.
