So so slow and not even that good. With about 6 – 7 staff and only 3 customers ordering, i dont think it should take as long as it did to order a baguette with butter. Then it took 5 minutes to pay, i’m not sure why.
Finally the most simple baguette with butter arrives and it had been toasted, i didnt ask for that but they. Also tasted like ham so i assume a dirty knife was used.
Last resort of a café.

My first visit to this chain and not at all impressed — first a 15 minute wait (not exactly super busy) for one of the specials wrap — halloumi, roast veg, spinach, tomatoes, harissa yoghurt and coriander which didn’t taste of very much but Halloumi. Tomatoes were incredibly bland. Worse still the wrap was tepid warm and at £5.50 was rather pricey for what it was and not very filling.

I love their DIY toasted sandwich. I don’t know why I find it so hard to find a place that builds your own sandwiches on the go. I ordered — turkey, brie and avocado on a ciabatta. Boy do they stuff those sandwiches! There was huge chunks of brie and avocado that they fell out of the sandwich immediately. I do wish that they had more turkey because all I tasted was avocado and cheese. However, my impression is that not everyone orders as many additions as I did. (The cashier said, wow that’s a big sandwich.). I was so confused because it was Build Your Own! Anyways, it was reasonably priced — $ 8 pounds with chips. Would definitely go back and ask for extra toasted.
