Bloomsbury Surgery

Where do I start?! The receptionists are miserable, unhelpful, unapproachable and can barely speak English.
I’ve tried all the GPs in this surgery and they are all awful, they have given me incorrect advice on more than one occasion, they took 4 weeks to write me a referral letter which held up my private healthcare, I’ve never been able to get an appointment with less that 2 weeks notice, Dr. Elizabeth Robinson kept me waiting 30minutes for my scheduled appointment and then welcomed me with ‘we don’t have much time, you’ll have to be quick.
I’m changing GPs as soon as possible. This place is an absolute joke!

I don’t know how many times I have heard people complaining about the NHS. I have never heard a word spoken in praise. Yes it is free health care, but the care is of such low quality its like having no care at all. I support the idea of free health care but the price of life is too high. At this surgery you have 15 minutes with the doctor, if your problem needs more time than that you will have to come back and make another appointment. On one occasion the doctor told me there was nothing he could do because I didn’t meet all three of the criteria for antibiotics, but sat with me to have a general chat about nothing at all because I had not used up my 15 minutes. I have met three different doctors here and I would advise to avoid all of them if you are actually ill.
