Went here, against many recommendations, and both my friend and I got awful food poisoning. We both ordered different dishes and didn’t share which is rather disheartening. The floors were extremely sticky and the food was expensive for what it was, without the freebie tummy bug. Wouldn’t recommend it to a friend.

Bit of a dump, likely to get bags and jackets stolen(has happened to my friends a few times). Admittedly though after a few drinks the karaōke is great fun but not worth any more than 2 stars. I’d steer clear if you have never been before!

OK pub, nothing special. As as a bonus it always shows Arsenal games.

My friend lives quite close to this pub and he suggested we came here on a casual night out. There were some tables on the outside but since it was cold we decided to grab a seat inside. Not much to say about the decoration, I guess it didn’t really catch my attention… If I’m not mistaken, the pint costs something like 4 pounds, which for me is not exactly cheap, but I guess that’s just London, ain’t it? The fun thing about this pub is that they have karaōke. I didn’t get wasted enough to give it a try though, so I am not sure how it works, but there were quite a lot of folks having the time of their lives singing old hits. For me, as a non-singing customer, it was a bit hard to have a conversation, but I quite enjoyed listening to everyone’s moment of glory, and there was a big screen showing the lyrics, so I ended up getting in the mood as time went on. It’s probably more fun if you come here with a group. I’d say if you’re nearby and don’t have better plans, you should probably grab a pint here and see what it’s like for yourself. Perhaps you’ll have fun singing that glorious Elton John hit!

After the Birdcage karaōke closed, my friend who lives near here suggested we try it. Needless to say, it wasn’t the same. Not saying it wasn’t fun; the crowed was supportive and two cocktails for £6 is a good deal. Sadly, they’re not great cocktails. The beer selection is also piss poor. I’ve never paid so much for a Coors Light(£4.30). Maybe it depends what time you go. Around 10pm things were going well, and two of our songs came up pretty quickly. But once 11pm came around, it got really crowded, hot, and the emcee started just picking people he knew or liked. The crowd seemed drunk and one guy butchered«Common People», which is heresy. People chastised my girlfriend for trying to make her way through the crowd to the toilets. Not my favorite karaōke bar but, then again, Friday nights are probably not the best time to go. I might try it another night and see how that goes.

Went there for lunch with friends. The fajita is not that perfect. It’s much better a place to grab a drink than to eat.

Probably the best Karaōke bar in London. This bar is full of energy and is very fashionable. Long and impressive bar with friendly staff. The Karaōke is awesome with a good list of all time favourite songs as well as a healthy selection of classics — something for everyone. The whole atmosphere is excitable. I ended up singing Oasis — Wonderwall, and as everyone was friendly and down to earth, i didn’t need much dutch courage… I actually had random people join me on the mic whilst singing — a very warm and friendly atmosphere. Selected cocktails £3 all night. Good selection of beers including Hoegaarden. This fantastic little boozer is open till 2am and gets very busy. I have always had a drunken good time here and it is simply a fun place to be on a night out. There is an Indian restaurant located right next door to this bar, and as it is on Borough High St, there are plenty of eating establishments nearby. This is one to check out people. Miss it, Miss out!

If its late a night and you happen to find yourself in the London Bridge/Borough area and are looking for cheap booze and cheesy karaōke, then this is the place for you. After being kicked out of The George as it was closing, a group of us drunkenly made our way to the Blue Eyed Maid. Upon entering we heard someone butchering Like A Prayer. Just what you’re looking for on an wild birthday night out. But don’t worry. There were regular top 40 mixed in with the karaōke. So it wasn’t a night of horrible singing.

Stays open late. Has karaōke late during the week. A little bit dirty.

For a place near London Bridge to watch some sport without being totally rammed in, this is a good choice. If you a fan of cricket and there is a clash with a football game, this is your best shot for the cricket being the winning sport. The owner is always willing to trying and find some game /event that’s on for you(even managed to get a baseball game on once). The TV in the window pointing to the tables outside is a good move which the tables with the best outside view being the first to go. The drink selection is limited, but fine; I wouldn’t really go for the Ale option. Upstairs is a curry house, it’s not the best looking place, but the food is pretty good; there’s even a TV up there if you fancy a curry and a drink whilst watching the game.

not impressed, the staff all congregate on the corner of the bar and like to play who can turn the music up the loudest which isnt great when you have spent a few quid on a meal and have to shout to your partner even though no other customers are in the bar. when asked to turn the music down, sarcasm is not really called for. Not really a place id use again, one rude and aggressive staff isnt for me thank you very much.

Looked good to begin with and it did show the cricket at least but the guy who seemed to be the manager played the fruit machine the whole time which was really annoying. Was thinking of having a curry but the amount of flies in the bar put me off. If I thought there were a lot of flies in the bar then the toilet was shocking. Swarms of fliesit can’t be that hard to keep a place clean. Shame looks like the place has some potential, but I won’t be going back.

a traditional pub near London bridge station, with the normal entertainment such as a DJ, Sky, and karaōke. one neat trick is for the anyone sitting outside in the smoking area in the alley they have a screen so you don’t have miss a minute of the sport event you are watching. and if you are hungry as well as traditional bar food, they have an Indian restaurant upstairs
