The Body Control Studio has been teaching pilates for nearly twenty years. They teach a true style of pilates and their ethos is to create awareness of ones own body. You can expect plenty of breathing and core stability exercises. The training here is for building strong, compact slender muscles, not bulk. There are group classes that run from Monday to Saturday at £20 per class, or you can have private 1 – 1 classes for £48. There are two studios, one in Kings Cross and Swiss Cottage, prices may vary.
