A little practice, well I say little, the waiting room area is small (be sure not to sit close to the door, you’ll get smacked) but they have around 11 clinic rooms. I would say the reception staff, leave a lot to be desired, not very helpful, I don’t think I have ever seen one of them smile. Ladies, service with a smile please? I am already feeling dreadful, hence why I am standing before you in the surgery.

This is one of those roulette surgeries. Nothing bad about it as such but there are so many doctors under one roof it’s not likely that you will see the same physician consecutively. I rarely go so I don’t mind so much, but it must be a challenge building relationships with your doctors, and in turn you patients, if every appointment is booked based on availability only.
However the doctor I have seen have treated me with compassion and over all the experience was not unpleasant. Three cheers for the NHS!
