I am one of those lucky people on earth who didn’t have to leave their home to have brownie box brownies. Friends brought a few selections of their brownies and blondie and oh boy, the chocolate, the fudginess, the sweet cocoa that dissolves in your mouth… Only goodness and love and understanding comes from these brownies. Get ‘em if you are in the neighbourhood!

The cake here is really really good. I ate lots of them. They were yummy. it’s a cake shop in Old Brompton Road and it sells cakes.

Average coffee and service. Illy beans which are a mid range mass produced bean. The ‘barista’ didn’t even bother adding the sugar we ordered the coffee with. Décor is a little tired.

What to do in London on a rainy day but find a nice café for a relaxing cup of coffee. After reading some reviews on Unilocal,I decided to try the Brownie Box. I was not disappointed. I had a latte with a slice of carrot cake. Both were delicious. The slice of cake was huge I couldn’t even finish it. Very pleased with the service as well. The staff was extremely polite and friendly. If you find yourself in Earls Court, I highly recommend a visit to the Brownie Box.

Best coffee I had in Europe so far, I’m lactose intolerant and apparently they don’t believe in soy milk at most places(which sucks when you have a coffee addiction). But this place catered to us and they did it well. Not to mention and delicious selection of amazing sweet treats! Worth ducking in for a morning tea or lunch time relax, great vibe.

Amazing brownies and friendly service! First time using Unilocal app and I find this great little neighbourhood coffee shop. Tried classic brownie and Nutella brownie and cupcake — all were fab! Strongly recommend!

Their brownies are horrible! they are not warm, hard as a rock and taste like they have 2 kilos of sugar in them. Never try the brownies. The table is also crooked and we had to keep our feet on the legs of the table to keep it from tilting.

Absolutely loved this place! My girlfriends and I went one afternoon and had a lovely time drinking tea and eating their absolutely scrumptious treats. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I shall definitely be returning!

I live right around the corner from this bakery and I consider myself extremely lucky! First of all, let me start off by saying that you must try the bronuts(yes its a brownie x donut!!). If you are lucky enough to try a fresh warm one, even better. The café itself is super cute and casual with very decent prices. They of course have alot of brownies, as well as cakes, pies, cupcakes, tarts etc. The flapjack here is also lovely. They also serve illy coffee at a very good price. Even if I didn’t live in the area, I would come here for treats! The C1 and 328 bus stop is directly outside the shop so its easy to get to!

Oh my gosh, a chocolate lover’s dream and the most amazing brownies I have had in a long time! Whether you are craving a gooey brownie, a sweet blondie or even a bright red velvet version, this place is for you! Be warned though, these treats are incredibly rich. They may look small, but they pack a punch. We were barely able to finish the two treats per person we had ordered. Extra special recommendation: the Ferrero Rocher cheesecake, it’s moist and smooth and delicious, but not as heavy and rich as the brownies.

Cakes here are baked with passion and pride; this is evident in the superb way they are presented and in their excellent taste. Their most popular cake is the red velvet cake which is a sight for sore eyes. Simple yet beautifully done the sponge is perfectly soft and moist with mouth-watering flavour and the exterior and filling is delicately balanced. The cakes here are freshly baked every day and I know this to be true as I can taste subtle variations in sweetness on different days. The wonderful quality and range of cakes on offer are such that even though the red velvet cake is fantastic my favourite cake from them is actually another one: the passionfruit topped cheesecake. This is sublime as it melts in the mouth and is perfectly light as a cheesecake should be. The passionfruit layer includes seeds so it gives the cake another interesting texture. There are plenty of other delights available including brownies and even baked goods tailored to different diets such as gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free, etc. The décor and atmosphere in the café is fabulous; homely with intricate details. The staff are also very friendly and visibly excited by what they do.

Originally mistaking it for another deli posing as a café that serves up their own home baked creations, I never felt an urge to try Brownie Box. Recently, a friend brought their take-away brownies to a party and they were actually quite pleasing. Brownies are so subjective that it’s difficult to rate them. I would best describe them as tasting as if they were a winning homemade recipe: moist, strong and familiar. Today, needing wifi to work, I decided to give the café the try and was quite pleased. The service is exceptionally warm and accommodating. The staff genuinely seemed happy, even serving up samples of their creations to diners. The note worthy service remained for the duration of my long stay and was passed on to each person that came through. They serve an array of cakes and of course brownies, along with breakfast pastries. All baked in house. Not wanting to delve into cakes for breakfast, they offered to prepare me a toasted bagel. Latte was solid and simple. A run to their restroom requires passing their kitchen where I observed 3 bakers — all adorning cute aprons — busy stirring pots of chocolate and decorating cakes. This only reinforced my brewing love for the café. They all flashed me a warm smile as I passed through. This scene also benefited from the sunlight that poured in the windows as I passed. At the end of the day, the ambience is not very special, edgy or creative(slightly outdated) but the cakes and inviting service more than makes up for it. The unexpected always gets to me so if I could give it 4.5 half stars, I would. Take it for what it is. Definitely worth the trip for take-away brownies and I’d recommend giving it a try for an uplifting sit at a family run café.

Craving a sweet pastry & a cappuccino for breakfast I swiped open my trusty Unilocal app and went to work. Brownie for breakfast? Why not, I am on vacation. Red Velvet Brownie for breakfast? Even better. The Brownie Box is a cute little shop in the Earl’s Court neighborhood. They make all their goodies from scratch every day, so the choices in the case may vary on your visit. The ladies running the shop are quite dear & charming. I would stop by every day on my way to work if I lived in the neighborhood. When I went back again before we left, I tried the bronut. What’s that you ask? A brownie & a donut all in one pastry. It was delicious and I would gain 100 pounds if someone in Jacksonville learns to make the same thing.,

Brownie Box offers a dangerously tempting combination of top-quality brownies and other cakes at competitive prices. Do not be fooled by the innocuous shop front: inside lurk plenty of delights to test even the most determined healthy eater. There are big cakes and small, brownies and blondies(brownies with white chocolate), croissants, pains au chocolat, and even Brownie Box’s take on the Cronut craze — the Bronut(brownie and doughnut). There is also a good range of tea, coffee and fruit drinks to accompany your chosen treat with. So why the five stars? Two reasons: quality and price. Brownies occupy a crowded marketplace in London, with loads of bakers temporary and permanent offering their punts at brownie domination. Some are good, many are poor. The brownies found at Brownie Box are superb: moist, not too sweet, and varied too. I sampled the Ferreo Rocher version, a blondie, the legendary bronut and a cookies and cream brownie. All were excellent. In a fit of gluttony I also tried a mini strawberry, raspberry and white chocolate muffin and later, a pain au chocolat and croissant after Brownie Box pressed them into our hands rather than throw them away. Again, fantastic, the croissant and pain au chocolat surprisingly so given the brownie emphasis here. The service was great — friendly, helpful(allowing us to use the staff toilets) and quick. And there’s a Unilocal check-in deal here of a free hot drink with purchases over £5. Overall? The place to go for cake fixes of any kind.

I love the Brownie Box. Can’t live without the raspberry white choc muffin or the red velvet cupcake. Thanks to my job, I usually walk by the place at least 2 – 3 times a week and never miss the chance of getting inside. Recently, though, I’ve been crying on the inside everytime I pass by… I’m on a diet. Sigh.

This place opened up a few months ago, and I’m glad to welcome another café(with tasty desserts) to the neighborhood. And they’ve got a nice-looking selection of baked goods for you to drool on as you walk by. I have walked by drooling an uncountable number of times. The place is run by a family — super friendly sisters and their mom. They’ve run a similar business before and are happy to bring their goodies to a new place. I really enjoyed the almond cake with cream topping. One thing that too many cupcake and dessert places get wrong is sweetness. They love to dump sugar into something until you get a headache and can’t taste anything at all. But Brownie Box gets it – they don’t oversweeten so you can taste all of the delicious flavors. I look forward to trying more stuff there! Gluten-free notes: Much of the time, they have at least one gluten-free thing. There are usually signs — feel free to ask.

The name says it all. These guys make brownies. And blondies, which for you non-Americans, are exactly what they sound like they are — blonde brownies. I think they sell coffee and cakes as well, but who cares? Lots of places sell those. And yes, lots of other places in London also sell brownies, but how many of them SPECIALIZE in brownies?
