This is a handy little bike shop and workshop located, as you might expect, next to a bus stop. The shop is accessed by pressing a buzzer next to the door, which can seem a bit off-putting, and I have had difficulty getting someone to answer the door in the past, probably because the workshop is located out the back of the shop. However once you’re in, the staff are friendly and helpful, and I think offers good value. The shop is quite small, and has all the essentials, but not much beyond that, so if you are looking for the latest Northwave jersey, you will need to try somewhere else. It is more of a functional shop catering to people who are using their bike to get places rather than purely for exercise or sport. They have a plentiful supply of florescent yellow plastic, which is most important for cycling on London’s roads.
