Cafe 2000

My little corner of Leyton is a lacklustre corner. I’ve been moved from Bloomsbury, Hampstead and Whitechapel. I suppose I could call myself a true hipster; coming here ‘before it’s cool’ but alas my glasses do actually work…
There is very little here and this is one of the few places that does even slightly decent coffee and where you get a pretty decent (if very basic) sandwich for just over £3. This is truly a local café, no bells, no whistles with a limited and predictable menu. the people are nice and the prices are good but do not expect fine dining.
It is what it is and there is not a lot else this good for this price within walking distance
