This is a really nice place and I am happy to have such a café in the neighbourhood. It offers reasonably priced breakfast and lunch, bread and coffee and has a relaxed atmosphere. It may be small but I have spent there hours on occasions, doing some work on my laptop or reading. The staff are really nice as well. When it’s warm you can sit outside.

I just moved across the street to this café, and I’ve got to say I’m really glad it’s here. It’s super cute, and has some nice outdoor seating for the summer(although tough to get a place on the weekend). The food and coffee are actually pretty meh, but the proximity, nice staff, and cool vintage clothing makes me give it an extra star. The coffee is not really flavourful, and I must say that the coffee at Cinnamon Village on Blackstone road nearby is much tastier(or better yet, Salt Pig Canteen heading towards Finsbury Park station).

I live around the corner from this shop/café. It is a total godsend. Good coffees. Nice hot chocolate. Selection of teas. Scrummy cakes. Range of goodies — jams/biscuits etc — that are ideal for gifts or just treats. Free wifi. Carefully selected second hand/vintage clothing — I wish I bought the top hat when I had the chance. Friendly service. They recently added out door seating. I love the care they put into their(season/holiday/celebration specific) window displays. I just wish the place was busier. There are virtually no quality places in the immediate area. I’m very grateful for Café Vintage and wish them all the best.

How comes i didnt know about this shop? For the past year there has been the most amazing little café ANDCLOTHESSHOP just two roads away from me, and i never knew! i stumbled in here having changed to the dry cleaners across the road and ive instantly fallen in love with it. The guys working there were so pleasant and the coffee really is good, up there with my other new love the expresso room! The food is great and reasonably priced and I particularly enjoyed my american waffles and syrup. Im so excited and cant wait to do my weekly dry clean now.

I can see why this place elicited such a thoughtful review by Maryann Z. Its really fascinating and quite unlike any other cafes/shops ive been too. Not sure why though, im puzzling on that one. As an interior designer I was really impressed with the interior, the breakfast bar, the angles, the bits and bobs. Amazing window displays as well. Coffee was really good and prices were just a bit below that of any other coffee store. Nobody rushed me out when I plonked in with my laptop and they clearly get on well with lots of the customers that were coming in, on the rainy Tuesday morning I was there. Yes, theres a bit of art and passion here and I really sort of love it.

Well, ive become a regular now at CV and its a dreamy place. So unique and fleeting. I love it. Try the scrambled eggs or any of their soups, yummy.

Right. Let’s talk about this place. The building was under construction when I moved into the neighborhood and I was extremely excited to have a non-chain coffee shop within Saturday morning stumbling distance. It seemed to take forever to open, but once it did it had the cuteness thing nailed. The coffee is good. It’s not the best, but it’s good. It is excellently curated in terms of décor, vintage finds, and other miscellaneous fancy food items sold in the store. For what it is, I feel that the coffee is overpriced. You get less coffee for your money than you would elsewhere, and it doesn’t taste like it’s of exorbitantly higher quality. It’s a small shop so somewhat awkward to sit and have coffee with a friend inside, though you can sit outside or if you’re by yourself, it’s a quiet and lovely place to sit. I still go here but I am not obsessed with it. I want to be obsessed with it because man, that would be convenient. Alas, I typically just make my own coffee at home because I can’t justify too many visits. It IS really adorable, though. I don’t want it to close. I just don’t really want to spend much time there, either. I AMSOTORN.

real shame about this place; super cute inside and great coffee, but the staff are so rude!

Café Vintage is my favourite café. Im in there most Saturdays and ive only ever recieved a good service and A1 coffee(note: they actually know what a flat white is!). I think the food is great and i like the clothes. The music is lovely as well :)
