Shocking when a place can screw up a basic English Breakfast. Sausage: gross. Lidl sausages taste better. Mushrooms: taste like rubber. Beans: taste like those from the 99p store. Eggs: more or less like McDs. Bacon: nothing extraordinary. Toast: cold, not toasted. They can’t take credit for the jam since it’s pre-sealed from a different company. Plus, why did it take nearly 30 minutes to make?! Oh, and nobody bothered coming by and apologising for the ridiculous wait. By the time I got the«food», my tea had gone cold. Might as well go to McDs next time if I want an extremely mediocre breakfast.

They apparently have two sets of menus one with the normal prices and the other double the price. To make matters worse the waiters are instructed to hand the double-priced ones to arab visitors specifically those from the Gulf countries. This place should be shut down for discrimination!

My colleague and I stopped by here for lunch recently. It looked like this cute European café of sorts with lots of delicious pastries. We both ordered off of the brunch menu. The food itself was decent. I got the waffle, scrambled eggs, and bacon combination plate. The waffle was already pre-soaked in syrup which gave it a good sweet flavor. The scrambled eggs were quite salty already(to my half-amusement — most places in the U.S. do not really salt their scrambled eggs like this). The bacon was more like ham(that’s probably because we’re in the UK). The scone I ordered tasted more like a glorified dinner roll. It wasn’t the scone that I was expecting. It didn’t even taste like an American biscuit(which is what I see some scones as here in the UK). The service was okay, not really super great. I feel like a lot of the waitstaff did not speak English that well. They didn’t bring out our pastries or water until the end. I’m not sure if they were waiting for dessert or what. There is an «optional 12.5% service charge» that was already added onto the receipt when we got the bill. I don’t really understand this UK practice, and I still don’t, so we just went ahead and paid it.

My experience was terrific. After checking out the food court at Harrods, I decided that wasn’t for me. I ended up at Concerto and had a fine lunch. I was seated and waited on by the manager, who was courteous and nice. The food was excellent. I have no complaints. I’m glad I didn’t read the other reviews before trying this place.

Not bad a place for a quick lunch. Don’t bring anyone to impress here. As the service is not good and the manager himself believed I had not paid the bill and followed me down the street and stopped me demanding me for proof of purchase. I found this disgusting. And the good is below average, I am no expert on Italian food but I know it well and this is not it.

my experience was very bad the staff where rude they didn’t bother themselves to take our order so we had to leave before we eat and they let us wait for 30 minutes and they didn’t came or at least ask us if we need anything to drink.
