A friend and I went in for a quick tea, and I wasn’t too impressed. Our teas, which cost £3 each, were rather small in portion. Granted, my chamomile was one of the better and more fragrant I’ve had, but that’s about it. My friend ordered two pieces of scones, and I could smell from where I was sitting that it wasn’t very fresh. Ambience was typical of the Caffe Concerto chains. What I never understood was their objective of the Victorian style interior — are they actually trying to be posh or just fake-posh? Because honestly, the food was mostly fake-posh. But the ambience and the staff behaved as if they were intending to be top-tier. Service was okay. The café was rather busy when we first arrived, but things were generally prompt. Only go if you haven’t got better options.

Truly a tourist trap in the middle of London. I must admit, all the Caffe Concertos looks pretty stunning from the outside. However the service is probably the worst you can get in London(no wonder why the tip /service charge is already included in the bill) and the quality of the cakes is disgusting!

This is probably the place where I go the most, I’ve been there many times and on the first friends day in london he lost his wallet full of important stuff Staff were really nice trying to help us, and we made a phone call on the day after they tried again to look for it. The ambiance is nice with some music

Came here with a decent sized group for a brunch/lunch time. We got seated promptly, and the place is very cool. Good décor, busy but not overwhelming, loud but not too loud, great spot to grab a bite and not be noticed. That’s about where the fun ends. Service was very hit and miss, our main waitresses couldn’t have been any angrier about working in a restaurant, and took it out on us, which is too bad. There were a couple of servers that helped out that were having better days — but being snapped at a couple of times isn’t great. We ordered in a couple of waves, due to arrival times, and oddly an order given 20 minutes after the larger group came out 10 minutes before the rest of the food! Clearly poor communication between the kitchen and serving staff. Food really didn’t measure up. I will say this — the bruschetta was good, unique in that the bread was soft and not crostini like — but the different styles were unique and were excellent. But, the risotto was like eating dirty rice water. Clearly not cooked all the way through, and to make it even palatable, needed copious amounts of salt and pepper. The other dishes weren’t quite that bad — but nothing that memorable. Value isn’t great, expensive for what you get for sure. If you stop in here for a coffee or beer and some of the bruschetta, you might get a decent experience, but I’d say there are plenty of places to hit in this area that would be a better bet.

The gelato was the best! The restaurant was lovely. We were somewhat lost and looking for a place to buy a map. When we asked Razvan, our server, for directions, he told us where the closest shop could be found. Later he came back with a little map! We loved the whole experience.

Wonderful! Wonderful! Wonderful! I was really impressed with this venue — lovely friendly waiters, excellent service and a beautiful venue. I came here for afternoon tea with my mum and what a delight. Sandwich selection — salmon and cream cheese, cream cheese & egg and cress. Beautiful cake selection(fruit tarts, chocolate cakes and many more delicious treats) and scones with clotted cream and jam. All washed down with an individual pot of Earl Grey(and in my case a glass of Prosecco). You definitely leave this place feeling very full but I would highly recommend trying their afternoon tea.

One of the male waiters is a gigantic douchebag, but the woman he was with was able to salvage our experience. He was needlessly rude and even had the audacity to role his eyes. I’m not blind, buddy. We both had some tea, mint for me, I think my friend had jasmine or ginger, I can’t really remember, but we were both pleased. The cakes were good as well. She had tiramisu and I had a chocolate cake with some cream and fruity filling. The café itself has a pleasant atmosphere and isn’t too loud like some of the others I’ve been to. The walls are mostly glass so you can people watch while you enjoy your tea and treats.

Caffe Concerto at Green Park is a very comfortable! I had a great latte here and met with a business partner. The service was great, and it’s in a great location.

Man, I wanted this place to be better. No question, it is funky. It’s warehouse meets classic Victoria living room, with the dark wood and mirrors and leather sofas all in an industrial space. And they’ve got a nice menu filled with your usual lunch-like items of sandwiches, soups, salads and lots of coffees and desserts. But here’s where my impression sort of sours. Nothing blew me away. The cappuccino I got was fine, but small for what I paid, as was the tea that the person I was meeting with received. It did come with a nice plate of classic tea accoutrements(cakes, scones, etc), but these two were kind of boring. Only the cheesecake was impressive, but it was impressive — damn rich for such a small slice. And the service here was awful. I know I was in the corner but they kept walking by me, never stopping. I finally had to wave like an idiot to get someone’s attention to ask for the bill so I could leave. Also, no wifi, which is just the final straw. There are many better places in the area. I’d go to them before coming here.

This review refers only to the«Gelato Italiano» section of the shop. I have been to the gelato area of the shop a few times with family and friends. This section is seasonal, and only accessible from outside. Some of the flavours on offer seem peculiar at first, but I have had the pleasure of tasting nearly all of the flavours. Although some of the flavours are better than others, all of them are definitely well worth the reasonable price. My favourite flavours are coffee and tiramisu. Upon my most recent visit, all of my family had 2 scoops in a cup and everyone was more than pleased. Highly recommended.

The place has great atmosphere, when we visited they had a singer and piano player. For the outlook and service they are very reasonably priced. Cake selection is amazing, if you are on a diet try to close your eyes when you are entering the place, otherwise trust me you’ll have one. The waiters are very helpful and professional. They actually had a little mix up with our food(sea-bass instead of salmon), but they apologise fully and offered us free dessert and coffee to compensate. :)

Had a wonderful lunch with my mom and Pat after walking around Harrods. We wanted something different and took a chance. What a delight. My chicken and asparagus risotto was the hit of the table. Picked up pastries to go.

The best food I’ve experienced in London. I’ve been here twice already and have not been disappointed yet! For dinner, I had the Spaghetti alla Carbonara. Amazing! Rich and creamy with notes of basil and hearty pancetta. Exceeded my expectations by tenfold. On a separate visit, for lunch, I shared the«Hot Bites» appetizer. It is definitely enough for two for lunch, and was to die for! You could taste the garlic and olive oil in the cheesy garlic bread, the tomatoes on the bruschetta were fresh and savory, the shrimp and calamari bites were amazing, and even the mozzarella sticks(of which I am normally not a fan) were perfect when dipped in the spicy sweet & sour sauce(a sauce that went well with almost everything else on the plate). We were definitely happy! Service is a little slow, but the restaurant seems to always be busy. The waiters are nice and the atmosphere is classy café chic. I just wish I had enough time here in London to try more of the menu!
