Pretty standard coffee kiosk in a station — Nero offers good choice and the drinks of a good enough quality, but unfortunately the staff weren’t overly friendly here and although the Café Milano was delicious I actually couldn’t finish it as it was so sweet — and I have a very sweet tooth! They could do with halving the size(and preferably the price too!).

Good coffee, friendly staff, always helpful. The food is good value for money with plenty to choose.

Watch out Starbucks, Caffe Nero has great coffee! I’ve now tried the coffee and the vanilla late. They are both great and my wife now likes them better than Starbucks. It seems like they are everywhere in Europe.

So what you’re saying is if I want non fat I need to say skinny. Not the same in the states, but as long as we sort it out in the end, I am ok with it. Not sure what they are adding to the drinks here, but I really love it. I have been helped with friendly service, and the loyalty card is a bonus.

After a bad experience with Caffe Nero in Leicester Square, I decided to give it another try having really liked the look of their ice beverages and needing somewhere to shield me from the rain, while using the free wifi. Caffe Nero does have free wifi but you do need to sign up, I thought that was quite a hassle so I just used by 4G network, it was just as fast as their wifi would of been, they was a leaflet to help me set up the wifi but it wasnt that I needed it was just I didn’t want to go through the hassle of setting it up with a log in. I ordered a Mocha Frappé Latte, the coffee was good quallity and I was served by a very nice, passionate, energetic barista. I had to pick up the iced drink from the fridge for her to blend and she told me I had picked up a plain one after previously requesting a Mocha, which was nice for her to say. I was delighted to see a good gluten free range in the store including a Genius Chicken and Pesto Muffin, I actually wasn’t a big fan of it but still it was nice to see a Gluten Free sandwich as well as a few other things, the brownies and Cocconut Raspberry slice I had tasted at Leicester Square are available at this store and they is a good amount of them. My first visit to Caffe Nero was dissapointment, but I tried out another branch right next to Victoria station and this time I left happy! I would reccomened but be warned that a draft does come from the door so the room can get pretty cold!

The same prompt and quality service one would expect of any Caffe Nero, but much can be done in the cleanliness and comfort front. On a Tuesday visit, the rubbish atop surrounding tables have not once been cleared. In that time I had finished an issue of The Economist from cover to cover. The upstairs was also unbearably hot, and bathrooms unhelpfully locked.
