Coffee is good, the staff is friendly but soooo slow, especially as they often have new people«in training» and you can see they literally don’t know what to do. I asked for soy milk once, charged the 30p and when I took the first sip it turned out it was cow milk! Unfortunately I had already left by then. I come here often and I like it, it’s just the slowness in the mornings that really turns me off

Popped in here while I was strolling around Notting Hill. Had a soy latte and yogurt parfait. Both were good. The staff are courteous enough and move efficiently so even though there was a line when I walked in, it moved pretty fast and I got my order soon. There is a good amount of seating available. It’s also close to a metro station. It would be great if they and other coffee shops in the UK start making almond milk available for dairy-intolerant folks, besides soy milk.

Love that there were actually Italians working here, and better yet, Italians ordering coffee here. Must be legit. Coffee was great. Sandwiches were even better. I was impressed that they actually heated them up for you. And it wasn’t like, «would you like that heated?» It was, «what can I get for you to drink?» as they reach out and take the sandwich from you. I had a bacon and brie sandwich and it was probably the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. I wish they had Caffe Nero in California!
