Very nice place to sip a good italian style espresso. The barista are all really friendly and efficient.

Great place to stop in for a coffee (or grab one to go) if you like strong (slightly bitter) Italian style coffee. As Nero is a chain it probably doesn’t require further introduction if you’re already familiar with the concept.
The extra seating downstairs is great for a meeting or a quiet coffee.

Excellent little coffee shop, probably one of the better ones in Chiswick.
The staff are a little crazy, bus amusingly so, so that’s ok. Fairly spacious, normally always room upstairs.

Always a pleasure coming in here, the difference between this and other branches/​coffee shops is that the staff are always so friendly.
Making 5 coffees at the same time as chatting to the people in the queue is no ordinary feat, but they seem to manage it here. Staff seem to stay there for a while and know what they’re doing, so any queues generally go down very quickly and even when they don’t, a smile when you get to the front makes up for it. As far as coffee shops go, I’d highly recommend it in here if you’re passing — certainly its popularity among the housewives of Chiswick seem to suggest that the coffee’s good!
By the way, if you’re there when I am, mine’s a skinny latté with caramel please ;)
