Service was a little slow. Portion a little small. But at least flavours were alright.

I m giving a bad review on waitresses behaviour. We have been seated on a middle table since all the window seats were occupied. Later we wanted to move a free window table but waitress refused and said it’s a table for 4 people but there was a lady sitting there alone before we asked. Fine, this is not nice but still understandable. The thing is, later another single lady came and sit on the same table and waitress said nothing to her. It is the last time we went there, never again.

Main courses are ok… need to work better on presentation. Also, sandwiches would be better if they came with a side salad or fries not just a sandwich on a plate. Their gelato is very good though… generally a nice place to meet with friends :)

I loved going to this café when I was staying in London. The coffee is great and is served in big cups. It has beautiful interior design and the pastry dishes are divine!

The coffee is decent and the prices are reasonable. Also, its next to westfield — nice place to meet with friends after a heavy shopping :-)

I gave Ca’puccino three stars instead of two because I loved the ambiance. This restaurant seems like a great spot to meet for a cup of coffee and desert but a terrible place to eat. Their food selection is weak and not very tasty and the service is crap.

Really nice interior design and overall planning of the store. Considering the extremely strong pretensions on top quality Italian coffee, I am afraid they do fall a bit short. Nevertheless, the overall quality is good, although not remarkable. The prices for simple things such as coffee and croissants are decent, so I have no major complaints. Conveniently, you can also access the Westfields wifi from here.
