Its a good hospital. It serves its purpose well. It is a big hospital part of Imperial College so you do get a lot of young doctors who are still learning. The staff are great, very patient, caring and helpful.

Not too sure how you go about «rating» a hospital?! But in a nutshell — I had to go in for a tricky, but fortunately routine, operation and my surgeon was faultless. I saw him all the way through from consultation to weeks after my surgery. And I’m just a lowely NHS patient.
Sure, I was subject to weeks of appointments and the like, but the doctors I saw at Charing Cross were fantastic and made the whole experience as pleasant as things could possibly be.
Clean, friendly staff, good communication.
