Never once written a review on Unilocal but had to make an exception for the terrible service I received today in this store. I was greeted by a male SA. I asked him if they had a certain shoe I had been eyeing on the website. He very outright said«Those are from many seasons ago,» trying to make me feel stupid. Next up I continued to walk around and browse for more shoes. He never, EVER said«excuse me miss» he literally flashed his hands up in the air to get my attention and that was it, he acted as if I was wasting HIS time. Next, I was looking down at the shoes I was trying on, he then proceeded to SNAP his fingers in my face to get my attention. Once again, there are much nicer ways to get someone’s attention. At the end of the day, I’m truly disappointed in the staff I received. You’re still working in retail, you serve to me. By the way, they don’t care who you are, they still value you like trash. I walked in with my Prada bag, a Burberry coat, I’m 19 and I work for my money as a fashion blogger… Not my first pair of Loubs. Sad guy.

Simply the best shopping experience of my life! Staff here made me feel like a VIP, I was served by the world class Klaud, and he could not have been anymore helpful, sweet, attentive or entertaining. I was left to browse until I wanted help, I told Klaud I wanted to see Pigelle and off he went to fetch various sizes and a few different heel heights then he told me knew of an even more gorgeous style, and he was right, I ended up buying Iriza and was given advice as to the future care and re heeling of my precious beautiful works of art. The store is like an art gallery, full of beautiful things and beautiful people, the staff are out of this world nice but not in a sucky up kind of a way, they were all nice and chatty but never pushy. It really is an experience like no other I’ve ever had, Julia Roberts character in pretty woman went to the wrong shops, she should have gone to the Christian louboutin store. Photography was not allowed, but I did manage one photo of a pair of fetish pumps amongst the nail varnishes that are new to the louboutin range, I had seen the fetid he pumps in a magazine and was just too excited to see them in real life, I had to get the photo. Having read previous reviews I am struggling to believe I went to the same store as some of the other reviewers, or maybe some of the other reviewers were reviewing a shop that they had just gone in to waste the staffs time, particularly upset at a reviewer who commented on the slutty women shopping with ugly men, I would have put a paper bag on my head had I realised. I do think the staff can tell the difference between time wasters and real shoppers, because they are wonderful staff.

Lack lustre service is all I can say. I’ve popped in at a number of the Loubie ateliers and it’s depressing how many of the staff don’t try terribly hard. I guess this is what happens when you’ve got a big name. There are loads of women trying on shoes, trying to decide whether to go with the«100’s? the 120’s? or whether I can actually walk in the 140s?»…sigh, everyone just wants to feel special. I like the shoes, I don’t like the staff, I used to want to own a pair. Maybe we’ll get there one day, at another time, on another planet.

Christian Louboutin Men’s shoes is a cool place. My son is a fan and we have flown to LA, Dallas, TX and now London to buy his sneakers. They have very unique designs and are in the same realm as Maison Martin Margiela, Kris Van Assche and Rick Owens. When walking into any of their locations you are treated well even if you are just browsing but if you’re there to buy, pull out that $$$$ or ££££ because you will be parting with it. They also have very nice backpacks for students or for your laptop. They will even offer to ship your order if you don’t want to carry it home when traveling. Louboutin is in a very nice location on Dover Street with street parking.

The one and only Christian Louboutin store that carries the men’s collection in London. So I came in asked about the shoes for the fall collection, there was this SA that was quite helpful, she answered my questions politely and let me have plenty of time flipping through the Lookbook so I can put my name on the waitlists. She did recommend me to waitlist for a lot of nice pairs that eventually became my favorites. 3 weeks later, the shoes came in. I passed by to pick them up. Was greeted by a male SA, and he brought out the shoes for me. It was a little tight so I asked if he had anything else. Didn’t bother checking the inventory for me, he told me nothing straight away with an attitude. Umm RUDE. Well, I’m not an idiot and I know how scarce these mens shoes are but the least he can do for a store like that is «I think we don’t have anything available but let me check that for you». There is something about his attitude that upset me. So I paid for the shoes and ran for the hill hoping I won’t have to come back here. Ever again.

So very SURE. Located on Mount Street, Mayfair darhling, next to Scott’s dont ya know. Sure. All plush, deep pile carpets, bouncer/doorman and red, lacquered soled french shoes. Hotness. Staff aren’t that helpful, especially this twatty girl who wouldnt phone the Sloaney branch for me as they didnt have my size in Mount Street. Service in Louboutin Selfridges(lovely bird called Michelle) is much better and more attentive. Though there is far more stock here though(including bridal) AND you’d get the desired carrier bag if you purchased in here instead of the yellow selfridges one. Will be back though. Love seeing all the pretty but slutty ladys being brought shoes by really gross, ugly businessmen. Amusing.

I got a pair of Louboutins from here in July and the experience was fine. I much prefer this location to the Motcomb Street one in Knightbridge a) because it has a much bigger selection b) easier to get to(tube wise) and c) the staff are a modicum more helpful and pleasant(they’re still nice in the other CL but a tad more helpful here — FYI I wouldn’t bother getting Louboutins in the Harvey Nichols or Harrods concessions unless they have the only size available in your style because they are incredibly blasé and absent — one of the ladies in Harrods had never even heard of a style of shoe I was after…) Plus, I really love the area the Mount Street CL is in — it’s a stones throw from Balenciaga and Marc Jacobs and the rest of the street is littered with Galleries and chic little(though probably severly over-priced) cafes with attractive looking businessmen and ladies who lunch in Chanel suits etc milling about.

This is my favorite spot to shop for Louboutin’s in London. The store is much larger than the location on Motocomb St., and since it is a bit out of the way it isn’t as busy or riddled with tourists like the shoe boudoir in Harrod’s. I bought my first pair here a couple of years ago so this location will hold a special place in my heart. Each style of shoe has it’s own little mirrored alcove and spotlight on the wall, displaying these shoes like art pieces — which many of them are! The staff here are lovely — but then again if I’m going to be dropping a few hundred pounds in your shop there had better be some buttering up! I do wish they would schedule more help during weekends because sometimes they are swamped. There are seasonal sales in January and July, and if you’re not a UK resident you can get a VAT refund.
