Having read some of the previous comment i can understand some peoples frustration with trying to book an appointment its harder if you after weekends. luckly i was after a week day appointment and had no trouble i had a tri active facial which was amazing and so relaxing with some back massage. The therapist that i had was lovly very intelegent with a pleasnt touch. I have a condition which isnt very common which makes it difficualt to manover but she knew what it was and instantly asked me about my movement and if i needed any help. All in all my skin looked amazing i was relaxed and ive rebooked with the lovly girl i had. I would reconmend to anyone for a nice treat x

My experience here has been quite mixed. It starts in a less relaxing way than you would wish — given the whole idea of coming here in the first place — by often being extremely difficult to get an appointment. So, victims of their own success but it’s not always practical to have to book an appointment ages in advance. Some of the therapists/beauticians here are wonderful but that isn’t always the case. Unfortunately, I had one appointment — a while ago — that I had booked a long way ahead and looked forward to but the beautician was so heavy-handed that I was waiting for it to end rather than enjoying it(and it was meant to be relaxing). Another time the receptionist was so unpleasant and offish, verging on aggressive, that it undid almost all of the benefits of my de-stressing experience. Obviously, staff do change here, so if you enjoy the Clarins ethos and treatments and you can get a convenient appointment, give them a try — with an open mind. I guess it speaks for itself that it’s no longer somewhere high on my agenda when I want to treat myself.
