I am by now a regular and it still does not cease to amaze me just how much my fitness keeps improving when attending the 60-minute classes just once or twice a week! When I started, I could barely do one proper push-up and now I am in double digits. The workout can be as tough or as light as you want it to be as the exercises bodyweight-based and the trainers will help you to modify or up the challenge. The martial arts is just one element of the training and is something that makes this boot-camp more fun than other boot-camps around. The trainers are highly achieved athletes in their own right and it is a privilege to be trained by them. They are always very professional, very invested in what they are doing, friendly and focused on everyone doing the exercises in correct form. I did not know what to expect when I first signed up for a class as I had no experience in martial arts whatsoever, but more than a half year later, I am really glad that I did! I find it empowering to learn how to use my body more effectively, defence techniques and more about martial arts in general without feeling intimidated due to lack of experience. It’s a great way to let off some steam! :) The classes can be booked online on a pay-as-you-go basis which is really convenient for busy people like myself.

LAFINALLYHITSLONDON A tough, dynamic and rewarding class that leaves you breathless but eager for more. My partner and I take private Combat X classes, the results have been incredible. We are both mid 40’s and yet there is no doubt, we’re fitter now than we were in our 20’s(and we were kickboxing competitively then). Our instructor, Jerry, is a phenomenal motivator, he’s at the top of his game; he gets results fast. Most importantly, he makes you believe you can do anything. He is safety focused and yet manages to push you above and beyond your limits every session. Ever minute counts in a Combat X class, I can’t rate it highly enough.
