Not impressed at all. Got a quote for £80 for 7 people from the west end to various drop offs in the greater London area. Too good to be true. well I found out it was. The pickup was arranged for 2:00 on Sunday morning. When we approached the taxi we found that it was too small for the 7 people we had. Then the taxi driver asked us for an additional £20 as the £80 fare was not enough. He refused to move even though the price had been agreed at the cab office. Extremely annoyed at the man in the office that night who was no help at all. Decided to pay the extra £20 as we all wanted to get home and decided to discuss it with the manager the next day. Manager is just as non responsive and unhelpful. Never got our money back. I would be very wary in booking this company. Bad service all around.

Very reliable, and consistant. Controllers are honest when enquiring and the cab drivers show effort in trying to get you to your destination on time or at least be honest about it. Competative fares as well.

Commercial cars is a small cab office situated on the barking road.
Its a handy cab service when your in any of the surrounding pubs as they dont close.
Friendly control person asks where your going tells you how long the cabs gonna be, this is usually straight away.
The cabbies are usually quite nice and polite, but you do get the odd rude and obnoxious cabbie but you just ignore them.
Basic cab fare is £4.50 which i think is a joke for just going up the road not even a mile away but thats the basic price everywhere.
would rccommend as reliable.
