Costa

Its not often I write a really horrible review for a business but when its this rude it needs to be named and shamed. The rudeness of one of the men working at this establishment was just abysmal. I was being served by a lovely woman… I asked for a mint mocha creamy cooler… she said they didn’t have any and while I was like oh that’s a shame… this man… who was not part of the conversation and who was making drinks said really nastily ‘we don’t do that flavour any more… as if I was an absolute idiot for attempting to order it. So I quickly said back ‘well maybe you should take it off the menu’ I don’t think he was expecting me to stand my ground like that and then he was like ‘its coming off in two days’ again in such a nasty tone… so I looked back at the woman and asked for a Belgian chocolate one instead, she asked me if I’d like whipped cream on and I said yes please. When he’d made it and brought it to the counter for me he would have been as well throwing it to me as that is basically the action he played… and guess what… it was without cream. He was gone before I could say anything… this man’s behaviour was honestly a disgrace… if anyone from Costa reads this feel free to get in touch with me because this man had the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I asked the woman if I could have some cream in… at this point he heard and shot me a look so fiery I still feel it burn through my skull… she did it no problems asked. Wow. Poor woman having to work with this piece of work.

Average Costa really… Could do with more sofas and a bit more light, but the coffee is ok for a chain :)
