CustomCarpentry has simply been brilliant for me. When I bought my flat a few months ago, it looked like nothing. Tristan and his team built MANY fitted bookshelves, and two wardrobes, and I am simply delighted. The workmen were efficient and clean, the work was done faster than I could dream of, and the result is perfect. I had left them my keys, and could travel abroad without any worry: I have rarely met people that inspire so much confidence. Frankly, I wish I could buy one more flat just to have them redo it.

It is not uncommon to pay a lot of money and receive poor quality products and service in London. How refreshing, then, to meet Tristan and his team. We had fitted wardrobes and shelves built in our bedroom and they look fabulous. It was great to see not 1 or 2 dingy photos of previous work but 2 whole portfolios of clear bright photos of the whole range of work Custom Carpentry carries out. Tristan filled us with confidence, from the start; he paid great attention to what we said we wanted, made drawings and discussed every detail with us until he was sure we were happy. Valentine and Jan who built the wardrobes and shelves and then painted them were punctual, polite and skilled. Plus; there was no mess left behind! We cannot recommend Tristan highly enough. I look forward to getting further work done by Custom Carpentry.

custom carpentry fitted 4 pine floating shelves in the alcoves of our front room Victorian flat and they look brilliant!
We’ve had bad experiences of builders and decoraters in the past and wanted someone we could trust to make and fit them without the usual mess and hassle. I’m still amazed at how easy they made it seem –they arrived on time, knew exactly what they were doing and made totally solid, perfectly fitting shelves AND left absolutely no dirt and mess (that’s a first!)
We are planning to have music/​storage units fitted nextand can’t think of anyone we would rather use .
Great work –would definitely rcommend them.
