David Clulow in Covent Garden however, eased the horror of buying my first pair of glasses. Stocking a slightly different range of brands to the other David Clulow stores, this optician’s Covent Garden outpost is the place to find hard to find spectacles by the likes of Alain Mikli and Marc Jacobs.
I settled upon a rather retro pair by Mr. Jacobs and managed to haggle 20% off the price of the frames. The lenses were fitted for me on the spot — this usually takes five odd days — and the service was impeccable. Overall I would highly recommend David Clulow Covent Garden.
