Our dinner on 29th November 2013 was amazing. My dining partner & I have a tradition of swapping meals half way through so we both get to try both dishes — I was not looking forward to this point during my meal as the fillet steak was absolutely to die for. Tender melt in the mouth meat accompanied by a lovely red wine. Perfect.

My main reason to go to an Argentinean restaurant would have to be the meat. And in this department, De La Panza does not disappoint. I shared the 450g (1 lb) rib eye with my wife and that was perfect. The waiter also corrected our wine and we had a perfectly matching malbec. Great service, desserts and excellent chimichurri!

Our malbec was delicious. Gotta get that out of the way first, as it was the most notable thing about our meal.
The emphasis here is on red meat, so our table was draped in beef and lamb. Everything was good enough, but not special. Maybe they’re still working on perfecting their lineup, since they opened quite recently.
Nice clean, modern ambiance. Service standard.
