The last few times I have been here the guys always miss out bits of my order. I’ve been finding myself coming back to the office with a very unsatisfactory sandwich wishing that I had gone somewhere else. It was good while it lasted, but I think it’s time to find a new sandwich place.

My dad told me that ‘if it has a big queue, it is bound to be good’. This place has a long queue on weekday lunchtimes as office workers come in, choose their sandwich to be made by hand on a choice of breads with a choice of fillings. It can take up to 15minutes to get served here and there is no seating, but people wait. The reasons are that you see the sandwich made in front of you, the reletionship being server and customer is very personal, it seems to be a family business which people like to support these days amongst the chains of EAT, Pret a Manger and Paul and finallyno not the lovely salad bar or the value for moneyit is the name. This place is Di-lie-to! I’m sure that is the punchline they wanted when choosing the name.
