Mixed experiences. I’ve booked about 3 return flights to Perth and 1 to Santiago de Chile with this company. Once when I got a good deal with Emirates with Dial-a-Flight they at first said I could pay a deposit and pay the balance later. Dial-a-Flight then wanted the balance all of a sudden and I had to rush and get my finances in order to pay this flight off. But they were helpful in changing the return Emirates flight from Perth when I was messed about by the Australian Embassy. When I booked Air France to Santiago de Chile return for a 5 night long-haul city break I had to ring Dial-a-Flight back twice and insist on a longer transit time of 50 minutes at Charles de Gaulle between flights. I was told at first It’s Air France, they won’t leave without you. Yeah right, Air France are going to hold up an intercontinental Boeing 777 for me to get off a flight from London. Good job I did insist on a longer transit time on the outbound journey as I missed my flight from Paris to London on the return with a 50 minute transit time. Fares are pretty good although the best deal I had with QANTAS was with Trailfinders. I won a pair of stalls tickets to The Royal Albert Hall for the Superjam 2012 concert with Alice Cooper and other huge rock names through Dial-a-Flight. It was a fabulous night out!
