Not bad but not a patch on real Turkish restaurants in palmers green etc. Pricier too.

Coming to Divans felt like I was cheating on Durum just down the road!
I’ve been a loyal customer of Durum for such a long time, unfortunately it closes a little earlier than Divan and I was in the mood for a lamb shish so I did the dirty (don’t tell them!)
The food was a-​ok, hence the 3 stars, but it just didn’t quite match up. They serve the usual kebab-​shop grub including chips in pitta and with their late opening hours I guess they lap up the late night drinking crowd (which seemed the case while I was in there).
If I was in the area and in the mood for some Turkish grub I would stop in here again but ONLY if Durum was closed. I’m sorry Divan, we gave it a go but you and I just aren’t meant to be — my heart belongs to another.

Divan’s has both a restaurant section and a take away section and both serve delicious Greek/​Turkish food. The meat/​chicken is always tender and tasty and the portions are generous.
