Dancewear is inherently expensive. Leotards, tights, tutus, all cost a pretty penny. Duo Dance, however, isn’t too costly. A good pair of jazz shoes will cost £30. They carry great quality dance shoes, like the brand Supadance, so you’re guaranteed quality. What is fantastic about this shop is that you can get any kind of quality dance gear you need in one place. It also sells wares to satisfy the needs of beginners to advanced dancers. For instance your best friend who is a fledgling ballerina can get normal ballet slippers while you, greatest ballerina of the millennium, can get ballet shoes with point so that you can glide around stage on your tippy-​toes. This is a great resource for any dancer.

Duo Dance stocks all kinds of dance shoes, leotards, tights and dancewear. Almost everything you could be looking for.
Should you decide to pick up a pair of jazz shoes or dance tights on a weekday at 4pm, then you are likely to be met with a hoard of Dulwich mothers doing likewise.
As it does get ridiculously busy and during these times actually getting served is rather an unrealistic luxury. It is much better to leave and come back at a quieter time than to spend many frustrating hours waiting.
The staff here can be rather snotty with the mentality that Duo Dance is the centre of the universe, but as there are no other dancewear shops in the area or any that are so well stocked, this is something that you have to put up with.
