Just OK. If you’re looking to save a huge pile of money and you’re not looking for the Ritz-Carlton, this is the place. I found it on and paid £65(plus they hit me with a 10% surcharge at the hotel for using AmEx). This would be a lot of money, except everyone else was charging into the 100’s. My room was a small studio with a small kitchenette area(toaster/kettle/two rings on the stovetop), a very small bathroom(I had to sit at an angle), a tiny table with one chair, a comfortable double bed and a flat screen TV(four channels, plus one that shows the entry hallway). Noise from the hallway was occasional, just the stupid loud rude people that seem to think they’re in a world of their own. Otherwise, it was pretty quiet. A ton of –extremely– hot water at good pressure. Look out here, it was as hot as if it was pouring out of the tea kettle. Would I stay again? Sure, if price and location were the deciding factors. It’s a very short walk from Paddington Station. Otherwise, I might pick one of the nearby chain-affiliated properties.
