Great hotel, super cool gadgets, great staff. Only problem is the room are a bit small.

I stayed here in July of 2013 and it was fabulous! I had been in Cambridge for the week and hadn’t been able to sleep because of the heat. I felt like God had sent me to this hotel for a reason after my week in Cambridge! Great bed + air conditioning = best night sleep! This was a beautiful, swanky, high tech, boutique hotel that was conveniently located near the Palace. I would love the opportunity to stay here again!

Great little boutique hotel. Modern but yet with a British flair. Very high tech and comfortable room with all the bells and whistles possible. Room even has a complementary Nespresso coffee maker. Bed is heavenly. Centrally located, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Oh and great breakfast too. Big thumbs up for anybody who visits London whether on business or pleasure! Highly recommend it! We will be back here!

This review is for the hotel restaurant, the Sunday brunch to be exact. The menu has a lot of American classics: french toast, pancakes and omelets. The food was delicious and the service was AMAZING! Ten stars to any place that refills my water glass without me having to beg. Thank you! What wasn’t so great? The drink menu is pricey(12 for a cocktail, 4 for TEA!!!) and the wait staff are not familiar with the menu. Also, all sides are not created equal so why price them the same? A toast muffin is not equal to hash browns(The hasbrowns were not shredded but more like the McD’s variety) or a bowl of fresh fruit. So a visit to Bistrot on the Square was a great treat. But it still didn’t tick all my boxes for an authentic American brunch(grilled tomatoes and mushrooms should not be served with eggs and be called an American breakfast!). Worth a visit is you’re craving some french toast and Tex Mex eggs. They were both wonderful and full of flavor(+++). But stick to water. Oh, this place also has an 108 inch flat screen TV, if you’re ever in need of watching some sports big Willie style.
