Top notch customer service. I needed business cards within 3 hours. The staff took the info, formatted it properly for me, and had them ready fifteen minutes early. That’s when I realized that one of the words was misspelled. Now, that’s my error, but they could have given me a kind reminder(just sayin’), maybe in a palatable form like«top 3 tips when prroofreading [sic] your final copy». Now, I didn’t get them for free. But they rushed the reprint, gave me half-off, and I got to my networking event with my new business cards, all glossy and beautiful and all words spelled correctly in all 3 languages.
