This month so far, I have paid 70 pounds for just five days phone service with EE, they are the cell phone company at Heathrow Airport. The reception is good but you will spend at least 70 pounds every 5 days because their data, talk and text plans are expensive and grossly over priced…

I come here monthly to get a prepaid SIM when I am in London. The manager always gets be the best deal. I have tried multiple places in London, but will keep going back. I have read reviews about having to wait… This is sometimes true, but the amount of business should tell you something about the desirability of the product and service.

Well, I don’t think I saw this store at its best but basically Martin Lewis just sent out an email to half of UK telling them about the free mobile on-the-go chargers instead of the«usual» £20 that EE was offering it for. Queue lunch time and going into the store all I saw was mayhem for such a small place trying to squeeze in so many people. The staff did a good job managing the queue, trying to process as quickly as they could, and not getting stressed out or yeling at people. Not bad to be honest!

Eurgh! Mobile phone shops are confusing places full of unhelpful staff. All i wanted was a PAYG Nokia handset. I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to see me. Then she tried to sell me a contract. Then she tried to sell me a ‘trial contract’(very confusing. I’m still not sure what she was on about). After giving up she went to the back, got the phone, registered it and i paid up. That part was relatively pain free. it just would have been nicer if she’s done as i’d asked first off. I left the phone in the back of a cab the next day so had to go back(again) and buy a new one. The customer service hadn’t improved much…
