I’ve been coming here during the last couple of months and had good(amazing) and average nights. The place is great, there are 4 different rooms with different types of techno/trance music and all the people I’ve met have been very friendly. Prices are average but you can get really cheap tickets if you look up online. It’s difficult to tell when is going to be busy or empty but Saturdays are normally the best days.

A nice club north of King’s Cross or east of Camden Town, occupying three floors, lots of different rooms with different DJs and music played, terrace on the top floor and a courtyard for the smokers. Drink prices are reasonable.

Had a very mixed experience here — on the whole I would file this on ‘would not make it my regular /would only come back if there was a specific act I want to see here’ Can’t fault the club, if the music was better it would have been a rockin’ night Club: + Check-in quick and efficient with pre-ordered tickets + Lots of different rooms and two outdoor sections + Location is exactly the distance away from King’s Cross that it takes to drink one traveller + Bar service friendly/efficient + falafel served at downstairs restaurant tasty –coat check organized into two sections Event: +when it was good, the music was good — the main headliner managed to train wreck twice in one set, the guys playing upstairs on the top floor wrecked more times than i could count — event photographer crunching up right in the middle of the dancefloor in the middle of the headliner’s set pushing people out of the way and setting up photos in front of the DJ booth Punters: +Some friendly people out to dance and be crazy –x2 lots of drunk bros crashing through the middle of the dance floor getting in the way of the dancing — lots of drunk bros asking me if i have drugs esp. after 4 am — bearing in mind I’m wearing a shirt saying ‘DON’T TAKEDRUGS’ The above two minuses are about par for the course and on a level with what goes on in other London superclubs. I think something about the semi-remote location keeps such people invested in staying out where in a more central location they would probably turn out at 3:30(as in most other clubs I have visited in London)

Day raves are awesome, especially if it’s just a glowstick’s throw away. Trance Sanctuary has once again found a home at The Egg, attracting purists from London and beyond to the sweet severity of 140 bpm. The venue looks to have been revamped: a mini jumbo-tron is now a permanent fixture in the semi-outdoor veranda. Overlaying trance tracks over a football game makes watching never the same again. The club rooms are surprisingly spacious with bartenders always at the ready. The upstairs offer ample vertical clearance for light play and poi.

Bring cash, they don’t accept credit cards unless the bill is over £10 and they won’t open a tab/keep your card open in the bar either. Otherwise this place is big, 3 floors and many different dancefloors/rooms with different DJ’s, including a glowinthedark rooftop and a little cosy backyard at the 1st floor where most people smoke. The bathroom are super nasty! They body search you before entering, so remember to hide your goods properly ;)

The club was not good at all and I will never go there again, why? –the crowd was very bad, people are jumping and dancing by themselfs like they were on drugs! You can never have a normal conversation with anyone. –alot of drug dealers trying to sell you drugs inside the club! and no one seem to bother to stop them! –too many drunk ghetto people inside the club.

Egg is great. It has the professionalism of established clubs and the edginess of warehouse parties. Security is friendly & fast; the different rooms are breathable and spacious(depending on how people of course); drink prices are reasonable and their outside terrace is just fantastic for some fresh air and sitting spaces to chill out for a few minutes. It’s only a 15 min walk away from where I live and therefore immediately my favourite club close to home. And it’s really not that hard to find, despite what other people say, the entrance is on York Way, not sure how you could miss that. One of the better clubs of London — let’s keep it open for a long long time to come!

It’s late, it’s ridiculously late, so late in fact that people are almost getting up for work. Its time to jump in a cab and transport yourself to Egg and keep the morning going. I really do mean jump in a cab, save yourself the adventure of walking to and finding Egg. Part of the reason why this club is so good is because it’s slightly hidden. Remember to check the opening hours and last entry times on their website before getting your cab so you are not disappointed. I use Egg as an after party destination. The queue upon arrival at Egg is normally fast moving and the staff have always been pleasant to friends and myself on each visit. I presume the generally fast entry is due to the varying times people arrive at Egg. The garden area which you walk through when entering the club has two bars and is nice for relaxing between your time in the rooms inside. The sound system in all the rooms inside is top quality and the music every time I have been has been enjoyable. There are few places like Egg in London which maintain a good vibe till 11AM on a Sunday morning. Egg is the club in London where you don’t need to worry about closing time and can have a conversation in a heated garden outside while drinking. Its the place to go to keep the partying flowing till extremely late while still maintaining an air of dignity. You can even grab a bite to eat in the club for crying out loud. Obviously due to the long opening times people are very merry at Egg. Management seem to be striking the right balance between safety and people having a good time — very difficult. Just bare in mind its not like your normal 3AM closing club due to this. The last time I went to Egg one of my friends who was visiting London refused to go back to his hotel, «its too awesome to leave». We left him there and he partied so much he missed his train the following day and had to stay in London another night. Apparently he ended up staying at Egg till closing time chatting to the owner of the club. Book and organise your taxi in the Egg Garden via an iPhone/Android app before leaving to avoid an awkward walk or hanging around outside.

This place is very cool but quite hard to find. Make sure you know exactly where you are going before you leave or else it is very possible that you may get lost. It is a little bit of a walk from the tube station to catch the Egg bus that will take you to the club. We didn’t have any problem with the line really at all, it wasn’t too long and we got in really quickly. This place has tons of rooms, it’s sort of like a club maze. When you first walk in it is an outdoor terrace with a bar and lounge area. The bar was on the pricey side so I only bought one drink here. The outdoor lounge was where everyone was smoking so we moved around to the other rooms. Each room is playing a different kind of music. Some of the music was pretty cool and some was a little bit bizarre, not what I was used to. One of the rooms had go go dancers which were doing some of the strangest moves we had seen and since we were sober we found them hysterical and were mimicking them and having a great time. The club would have been more fun if we had more to drink I’m sure. I also think they serve breakfast here in the wee hours of the morning after a late night of clubbing which is quite unique but something I didn’t experience. I recommend this club to anyone if you want an interesting night out and some fun!

We took a cab over after closing The light bar in shoreditch so I had absolutely no idea where we were when we arrived, it really looked like the middle of nowhere. Looking at the address now, I see it was one street over from where I work. oops. At 3am, there still seemed to be a bit of a queue, but not too bad, we were in within 5 minutes. The annoying part was probably the £20 cover. still, at 3am! Even Fabric notches it down around that time. The venue was cool, lots of white lit curtains; it actually reminded me of a(much) less posh version of Pure at Caesar’s Palace(oh my do I enjoy Vegas references). I think the music was alright and there were different rooms and a nice outdoor area for smoking. A round of 4 shots of tequila was just under £20. I expect to be ripped off in London so I didn’t mind. All in all, had a good time! I left around 6am but my friends stayed longer and obviously things were not winding down. Worth a visit for some late night fun if you’re prepared to shell out for the cab fare.

I’m officially a regular here! This place is amazing! There are various rooms playing the best in house music! Outside terraces, a café, smoking areas, cash points, cigarette machines… you name it, they have it! The list of positive things about this place is endless! The vibe is nice, everyone is friendly, drinks are reasonable and it’s open constantly. It is definitely by far, one of the best clubs in London! Only one flaw — the rooms gradually shut down one after the next through the nite. The best nights to go is Friday 10pm-5am or Sunday morning(breakfast at egg) 4am-11am!

Thought I was going to die on the way here! Actually it wasn’t a terrible walk from King’s Cross Station, but make sure you know where you are going. We couldn’t find the Egg Bus, so you might want to grab a bus to taxi. Once you get there, actual club was pretty cool. The lounge area was pretty tacky, bar seemed pretty expense, the outside area was nice to cool off, but honestly I wasn’t interested in any of those. All that matters is the dancefloor. I thought the upper floor dance floor nailed the experience. It had outstanding speakers(some of the loudest of any I’d heard in London) combined with some really unique lights. I’ll just describe one of the lights. The Death Discoball: Since the club seems to focus mostly on dubstep and drum and bass the dance floor is very dark and grimey. This light looked like a discoball, but instead of giving off light through reflection, this had points all over it that shot out red lazers! It took me a second to realize there weren’t snipers everywhere about to shoot. Produced a very cool effect. I think that at clubs like these how the actual dance experience is far exceed the lounge or bars. It helped we saw one of my favorite dubstep DJ duos, Nero, but they seem to attract solid talent. So, if you plan to head to egg, drink up before, grab a bus there and get ready to dance your ass off. Do that and you’ll have a great time.

So I’m the first one to give a rating below 4 stars. here it is. The venue is really cool, I’ll definitely give it that. Multiple rooms with very different music and feel — the main room has a badass computerized ceiling that, when mixed with the lights, give you some crazy spells. The music there is also pretty good on the electro side. Drinks are reasonably priced. The crowd was another thing. Too many overly-drunk people stumbling all over the place on extremely sticky floors. A lot of drug dealers going around in a very not-so-subtle way offering their potions. I was in fact pretty sober, but I shouldn’t have to be shitfaced to enjoy a good club with good music. On top of that, I had the shittiest time trying to get home from the club. Waiting for the little bus that’s supposed to take you back to King’s Cross(waited 30 – 40 min, never came), and ended up walking back to the station after already tiring myself out. Get that damn shuttle working, cuz there aint no buses that pass by!

I love the egg due to the countless memories I have in this place, including one of the greatest birthday parties ever. The mix of rooms, coupled with the heated garden make this one of the best venues I have been to in London. Great lineups at times.

A superclub needs a super line-up to make it work. The Rhythmatic team put on a stormer of a night at Egg. The separate areas of the club were crammed with dolled up sexy ladies and up for it guys. There were quite a few trendy folk pulling off a quite vivacious look with aplomb. When confidence and sexy meet… You can expect something hot. If you love House music you will be spoilt for choice with a list of the best DJ’s currently on the circuit banging out the latest and greatest tunes of the moment. Dancing is a priority and it is easy to be seduced by the throng of revellers into a disco frenzy. With drinks tickets being handed out for free booze, lip gloss handed out to the ladies for a sparkly, sultry look, the night had no chance of being anything other than a success.

Whether you’re up for perching on white disc chairs in the semi al fresco bar or in need of a bouncy boogie back-to-back with your fellow clubbers, Egg has got the space for you. The uncharacteristic weather London is experiencing at present made the Ibiza beats of Amnesia at Egg a night projected into the Spanish Isles. Under dressed ladies and polo shirts and trainer clad men sweated it out on the upstairs dance floor and made nice with the opposite sex outside. All three bars were quick to serve up any alcopop or mixed beverage needed to boost clubber confidence and the downstairs bar was even equipped with a stripper pole that surprisingly went unmanned throughout my Egg evening. While I attended the first session at Egg, I hear the second session that kicks off at 4am is appropriately called Breakfast @ Egg and has a serious following. Those of you who can’t get enough of your Saturday night can turn it into a Sunday morning venture.

This is a cool place to go. Especially the first time you go, and just trying to find the place can prove to be quite a fantastical adventure in itself. They used to run a free bus services — although not sure if they are still doing that, that runs to the club from kings cross station(near mcdonalds) — although a friend of mine once got one of those pedal taxis in the city to take him there, not recommended! As far as the club goes itself — its one of the only places you can actually smoke inside — well it has an inside patio/garden area — which is cold in winter but fantastic in the summer. This goes really well with some of the creative evenings they have, and especially the themed nights. On top of that theres about 4 additional rooms full of their own pumping action and energy — its a great place to give you a really varied night with lots of different types of people and different types of music playing.

I have been to egg on a few occasions and it has been a real experience just being there. It isn’t the ordinary type of club, there are three floors and it has a garden for crying out loud! It is a struggle to get to, people say it is in Kings Cross, but it is a long walk from the station, but the owners have come up with a great idea by having a free shuttle bus to pick you up from Kings Cross station and take you direct, not something that most clubs provide. If you like house music, then you will love Egg, I am not a huge lover but still don’t mind being there because it is just a great venue. I love being out in the garden, I remember one time when it rained so badly that they closed the garden off, there is shelter out there but this night it was just raining too hard. Closing the garden off caused a real stir because all of us who were drunk at the time couldn’t think of anything else better than to play in the rain. On any night it will cost you at least £10 to get in, and you will often find a queue of clubbers outside. It is definitely a great night out and one of the best clubs in London.

This is one hell of a night out! I LOVE this place! I had the best night out here that I have had in a long time-the house music here is incredible! Egg is out in Kings Cross and I would suggest hopping on a bus or catching a taxi from the tube because it’s too far to walk(especially in heels!) but the journey there is well worth it. They play killer beats that you can dance the night away to and the various rooms on different levels make for a night of unintended hide and seek with your friends but the music is so sick that you won’t even care that you’re dancing like a maniac on your own! The best ‘room’ is the garden where you can find clubbers chilling and chatting at all times of the day and night taking a well earned rest on the bean bags. This is a definite 10 out of 10 if you love your house. I highly recommend Egg!

Egg nightclub is a club that if you don’t know your way around kings cross then you will more likely get lost, its past at least a mile full of pure industrial site bliss. But if your a fan of good music and party vibes you would make an effort to attend. With different promoters every week hosting all the rooms with sounds from grime and bassline to house and disco your sure to please your ears whilst drinking drinks starting from only £2.50 in the heated smoking area. It’s definatly one you need to check out if your in the Cross of Kings!
