EAK!!! The guy who cut my fiancé’s hair was like a novice Edward Scissorhands! He was chopping away so fast that he cut a chunk of skin off Paul’s ear!!! And then he had the nerve to tell him he’d give him half price! For cutting his ear. Paul was bleeding everywhere and just wanted to get out of there so he paid and left. Our nice concierge at The Berkeley Hotel got his money back later. Wow. They need to be more careful– that is gross. The Berkeley staff reacted and got us antiseptic and bandaids, very nice of them.

Errol Douglas Salon is one of the chicest ‘ethnic’ salons in London. I love the VIP service they provide and the range of hair care products used that are guaranteed to keep my hair healthy and vibrant!
I had an Affirm brand relaxer done here, followed by a shampoo and blow-​dry. Errol Douglass uses Matrix Biolage shampoo and conditioner along with Kara Care products to top off your look! The salon is located off the Knightsbridge and is pricey for some… but hey, your hair and its proper care is priceless! Ask for Eve.
