First For Cleaning

This was an expensive service compared to others in the market. £85 for my sofa to be cleaned. I spoke to the guy on the phone who gave me a whole sales pitch which I stupidly fell for. He told me the service lasts around 1h-​1h30.
I booked an appointment at 10am — at 9am i texted to ask for the number of the person that was meant to come. At 9:15 I got a call informing me (not apologising — because of course this is not his fault) he was late and that he would be there at 1pm. At 1:30 I called him again and he just said «i’ll try to call and see». The guy finally arrived at 2:45pm, spent 20 minutes cleaning the couch (considering not all the stains came off, he probably could have spent longer…).
When I complained I was told that its not their fault that they couldnt get hold of the guy. As a customer, I dont particularly care about how they communicate between them.
I paid £85 for a service I am not happy with and for a service that was delivered 5h45 late. Talk about professionalism…
Go somewhere else. Trust me.
