My experience with Flower Station was possibly the worst I have experienced with any company I have ever purchased from. Their website boasts quick processing times and delivery to across the UK. I ordered a 50 stem bouquet of tulips at £40 on Saturday morning, to arrive in Derbyshire on the next day(mother’s day). My order was accepted with no qualms — I was relieved as it was admittedly short notice. I ended up going to Derby to see my mum and grandma, and waited. and waited… and waited. I attempted to track my order online, but was only offered the delivery status. I called them three times and was told my mum’s flowers would be with us by 6pm. At 5:30 I received a call saying they hadn’t realised the postal address was in Derbyshire, and that the order had not been processed and was not going to arrive until Tuesday, and that maybe I should have ordered earlier. Although I was fuming at the terrible customer service this caller offered as well as the incompetence given by the three I had spoken to previously, I decided to keep the order for Tuesday. HUGE mistake. I’m now sitting here, having called them another four times, being put on hold repeatedly and lied to about being phoned back. I finally demanded to speak to the manager and was told she was, conveniently, on another call. After being put on hold for another 5 minutes, the customer service rep told me that there was no order out for delivery in Derby today, and that they were using a new courier service which was causing them trouble. This was the most blatant dodging of responsibility I have heard from any company, ANYWHERE. I don’t believe for a second that any florist would take risks with new couriers on the busiest weekend of the year. So, after phone 8 calls I was finally offered a full refund or 50% off the order price, with the flowers being delivered for Thursday — 6DAYSAFTER I had ordered them. TOTALLY unacceptable. I should have been offered a complimentary bouquet AND a refund. The customer service reps lack integrity, as well as knowledge or understanding of customer service. They are lazy and apparently have no access to tracking softwares, despite my payment of £15 for courier services. In short — Flower Station is utterly shambolic and shamefully unreliable. I will never use them again and fully expect I will have to chase my refund as well.

Dead flowers, cheap chocolates. A big mistake using this company! AVOID. Total crap all round. They didn’t even use the flowers shown in the photo online.

I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day with a confirmed delivery date, then on the day they were supposed to be delivered I received an email that my order was ‘cancelled’ as they were unable to deliver on the requested day. Their website is a scam — DONOTBELIEVETHEIRDELIVERYCLAIMS.
